Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential prospects via various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone, as well as through marketing campaigns.
Execute daily email and calling prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify leads.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify potential marketing channels and execute appropriate campaigns.
Research and network to identify and qualify leads that fit our ideal customer profile.
Must be able to operate independently to find and create lists of prospects, make initial contact with them, and facilitate introductory web meetings to transition them to the field sales team.

Required
Demonstrated success as a Business Development Representative (or similar role) in a healthcare company, with a focus on selling to hospitals and conducting outreach to doctors and/or nurses. (minimum 1 year)
A proactive go-getter with a winning attitude and a track record of achieving sales goals
Have strong customer centric work habits
Be self-directed and have the ability to work independently
Proficiency in multiple sales techniques including cold calls, emails, and social media
Experience with CRM software (e.g.HubSpot) and a solid familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail
Native-level fluency in English
