Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage high-potential clients through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and social media
Personalized Engagement: Tailor your messaging based on prospect research, ensuring each outreach resonates with their specific pain points and growth goals
Pipeline Building: Consistently meet or exceed discovery call targets by maintaining a steady flow of qualified prospects for our Account Executives
Value Education: Clearly communicate the benefits of lifecycle marketing strategies—Email, SMS, and Push to inspire potential clients to take the next step
Follow-Through & Organization: Manage structured outreach sequences, keep CRM records current, and maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends in DTC marketing, adjusting your outreach approach as the landscape evolves

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in a marketing or SaaS environment
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with marketing strategies, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven
You thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment and take pride in turning leads into meaningful opportunities
