Responsibilities
Document all business development related activities in the customer relations management system, Sales Force.
Designate follow up tasks for new business development relationships.
Develop new relationships with hospitals, EAPs, unions, crisis centers, treatment facilities, sober living.
Execute the annual business development plan distributed by Director of Business Development.
Participate in healthcare related conferences and events.
Participate in Clean Recovery Center related activities that may include current or past patients of Clean Recovery Center.

Required
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Proficiency in using customer relations management systems, specifically Sales Force.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the territory of Bradenton, Sarasota, and Naples.
Preferred
Experience participating in healthcare related conferences and events.
Familiarity with the Clean Recovery Center and its services.
