Responsibilities

Identifying and researching prospective opportunities.
Fully understanding and explaining gearUP’s value proposition and portfolio of offerings to show how our model will work for potential new customers.
Executing outbound lead generation campaigns through phone calls, networking, social media, emails, and direct mailings.
Qualifying leads based on key factors that align with gearUP’s growth strategy (number of athletes, potential annual spend, and overall fit with gearUP’s features and benefits).
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers by fully understanding their needs and customizing solutions that align with their objectives.
Conducting in-person meetings (individual meetings with potential customers, trade shows, industry tournaments/events, etc- will involve regular travel).
Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities, lead generation, and follow up through Hubspot.
Consistently achieve and exceed goals related to new customer acquisition, sales, and KPIs.

Required

Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consultative selling, cold calling, outreach, and lead generation
Product knowledge and awareness of uniform and apparel trends
Highly proficiency with CRM and ERP software systems, experience with Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Proven track record in sales and business development.
5+ years of industry experience preferred
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Viewing computer monitors for extended periods.
Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods
Ability to travel
