Responsibilities

Own outreach to target prospects, with direction from CCO on priorities.
Gain access to decision makers within ICP through proven, proactive outreach process
Convert outreach to meetings with the right people at the ICP (decision makers; C-level is typical)
Research to support all outreach
E.g. right roles & title, emails, operating model, buy box, revenue, ownership
Pre-event research, prep, advanced meeting booking
Post-event follow-up & meeting booking
Paced value-added outreach to known revenue pathways with a high win rate.
Regular reporting of what’s working, not working & ideas to improve – this requires a test/learn/grow mindset.

Required

Early-career (~3 years), proven BDR
Demonstrated results & a proven process in converting sequenced outreach to C-level meetings within a defined ICP
Own outreach to target prospects, with direction from CCO on priorities
Gain access to decision makers within ICP through proven, proactive outreach process
Convert outreach to meetings with the right people at the ICP (decision makers; C-level is typical)
Research to support all outreach
Pre-event research, prep, advanced meeting booking
Post-event follow-up & meeting booking
Paced value-added outreach to known revenue pathways with a high win rate
Regular reporting of what’s working, not working & ideas to improve – this requires a test/learn/grow mindset
Volume/month will vary, average monthly expected outreach is ~40-50
Meeting conversion target is 50% or higher
Experience & adeptness at managing CRM to serve pre-sales progression
Demonstrated & proven prospect conversion process
Experience successfully engaging prospective clients’ C-suite
Collaborative with effectiveness at all levels of the internal organization
Natural curiosity & an innate desire to find the hook that opens the door
Test/learn/grow mindset
