Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Identify and source new leads using lead generation tools like Apollo.io and other sales platforms
High-Volume Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, primarily targeting decision-makers at the manager level and above in finance, HR, and procurement functions
Develop Call Campaigns: Create and execute targeted call campaigns designed to engage prospective clients, generate interest, and secure meetings
Documenting Results: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), tracking outcomes and follow-up actions
Qualifying Leads: Qualify prospects based on their staffing needs and Ourly.io's offerings, passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement
Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their pain points, and positioning Ourly.io as the solution to their staffing challenges
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and drive pipeline growth

Required

2+ years of experience in high-volume sales calls, preferably targeting professionals at the manager level and above
Experience using tools like Apollo.io or similar platforms for sourcing and qualifying leads
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) for documenting activities and tracking sales progress
Proven ability to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive new business opportunities
Prior experience selling consulting, professional services, or temporary staffing services is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building relationships and persuading decision-makers
Strong drive to meet and exceed goals, with a track record of success in sales and lead generation
