Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and online research.
Outreach : Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage with prospects and generate interest in PalletTrader's solutions.
Qualification : Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and demos for our sales executives with qualified leads.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot).
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and provide feedback on lead quality.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your sales skills and knowledge of our industry.

Required

Candidate has to be local to one of the following locations: Dallas, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Indianapolis
1-2 years of experience in a sales/business development or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
Industry experience with Pallets, Packaging, Supply Chain, Transportation or Logistics is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cold calling experience, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools.
A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and improve. Resilient and able to handle rejection.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
