Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective HubSpot clients through strategic outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Build strong, value-driven relationships with prospects and clients to position the company as a trusted HubSpot partner.
Collaborate with existing HubSpot customers to identify opportunities to expand their product adoption, including upgrades, add-ons, and support services.
Qualify new leads, schedule meetings, and drive the sales process to close HubSpot deals that align with company targets.
Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts.
Work closely with HubSpot and service delivery resources, leveraging third-party vendors for service delivery where appropriate.
Document sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools to provide accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Assist in identifying opportunities for additional solutions, particularly around marketing enablement and AI tools supported by Microsoft.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
One to three years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or SaaS sales.
Strong understanding of HubSpot products (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub) and the value they bring to businesses.
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a business-focused manner.
Proficient in HubSpot CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience selling HubSpot solutions is a requirement for this position.
Preferred
Experience selling professional services such as training, implementation, or customer success support is a plus.
