Responsibilities

Actively engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (phone, email, sms, social), effectively communicating Publishing.com’s offerings and tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, sms, and social.
Build strong, professional relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advocate for their success
Qualify leads to identify high-value opportunities and seamlessly transition them to the next stage of the sales process
Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline in Hubspot, documenting every interaction and insight for full transparency
Proactively follow up with leads to nurture interest and address questions or concerns
Embody Publishing.com’s core values with prospects and the internal team
Collaborate proactively with other sales teams and the sales operations team to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement

Required

1+ years of experience in a business development role within the remote high ticket space with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets while balancing compliance effectively
Embodiment of responsibility - you don’t need to ask for approval and you own your mistakes and learn from them
A self-starter with a coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and do whatever it takes to succeed
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly and effectively
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Hubspot preferred, and other sales tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about connecting with others and helping them achieve their goals
