Responsibilities
Book qualified meetings with prospects
Managing the entire outbound sales motion
Conduct cold outreach to book qualified opportunities (cold email, cold calls, gifting, etc.)
Run outbound experiments to improve outbound sales performance
Work closely with sales reps in the field to target key accounts

Required
A minimum of 1.5 years of outbound experience in a B2B sales role
Strong performance as a BDR/SDR with a focus on cold calling
A track record of measurable success, exceeding company sales goals, as an SDR or BDR
You have a track record of success, you can speak to your previous performance in detail
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Go to market expertise, you know how to get your foot in the door with prospects, especially busy ones with gatekeepers
You are creative and know how cut through the noise to reach prospects
You’re disciplined and resourceful, and you want a lot of responsibility
You don’t give up, you figure things out, you get stuff done
Preferred
Bonus points for experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling into doctor’s offices
