Responsibilities
Effectively prospect Rydin’s territories to source new business opportunities
Research potential customers and add complete details in Rydin’s customer relationship management system.
Perform the required number of outbound sales contacts daily.
Establish the correct point of contact to efficiently qualify a prospect
Respond to inbound new customer inquiries.
Complete a minimum number of successfully directly sourced new business account transitions to the appropriate Account Representative monthly towards broader Business Development department goal.
Fully remote position. Must have working internet meeting Rydin’s speed and security requirements.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prospecting and Cold Calling Experience
Must be dependable and possess reliable transportation
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as work independently
Outstanding written and verbal abilities
Possess a high level of problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Comfortable working under deadline pressure
Available for extended work hours in the months of April through August
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
