Responsibilities

Generate revenue through outbound calling and inbound lead qualifications.
Responsible to qualify leads and hand them off to a sales manager at the direction of the VP Sales.
Partner with customers and internal teams for a fair return for our company and value to customers.
Understand customer requirements, procedures, and goals to collaborate with Operations.
Develop and maintain long-term consultative customer relationships to understand and offer solutions.
Identify stakeholders and key intelligence within the target account and schedule meetings.
Execute our current strategy, and research outbound strategies to enhance our sales efforts.
Report on campaign KPIs including meetings kept, opportunities created, opportunities qualified.
Manage dataset of target accounts in WSI’s CRM and develop nurturing strategies.

Required

Build trust with customers by ensuring that all of their needs are being met as committed.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be driven by results, yet patient in working through the sales process.
Demonstrate an ability to have a high degree of attention to detail.
Experience with presenting a business solution through a consultative sales process is required.
1-2 years of sales experience with a focus on account-based, consultative sales.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior efforts surrounding outbound prospecting in the Logistics industry is preferred.
