Business Development Representative/ Director/ Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the clinical trial industry.
Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research sites.
Represent Accelerate Recruitment Services at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Drive sales efforts, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Develop internal processes and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with team to align strategies and optimize service delivery.
Provide market feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Work closely with implementation team to onboard new clients.
Outside sales role will require travel for meetings, conferences and events.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the clinical trials or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment processes and client needs.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in environments that allow for autonomy and innovation.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and execute operational plans effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
