Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from veterinary practices via phone, email, and chat.
Qualify leads by understanding their practice’s needs, challenges, and goals.
Conduct consultations or demonstrations to showcase how our marketing services can benefit their practice.
Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Identify and reach out to potential veterinary clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers at veterinary practices.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, scheduling consultations or meetings.
Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns.
Use HubSpot CRM to manage all lead interactions, track progress, and generate sales activity reports.
Meet or exceed sales targets for both new client acquisitions and revenue growth.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to the unique needs of each veterinary client.
Build long-term relationships with veterinary professionals, earning their trust and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Required
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in marketing or working with service-based industries.
Strong understanding of consultative sales and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Experience using HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track pipelines, and generate performance reports.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Passion for helping veterinary professionals succeed in their practices.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus but not required.
