Business Development Specialist (Contract, Part-Time)

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
Leverage your established network to connect with decision-makers and generate leads.
Engage with potential clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital (i.e. LinkedIn campaigns, emailing, or using other communication channels).
Collaborate closely with InCon’s President to schedule meetings, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
Research and analyze the market to discover potential clients, partnerships, or areas for business expansion.

Required
Proven experience in outside sales or business development, ideally within marketing services.
A network of contacts in the lower-mid to medium-sized business sectors.
Ability to independently drive sales, meet and exceed targets, and adapt within a team.
Outstanding communication skills and a knack for building strong business relationships.
