Responsibilities
Leverage your existing network within energy trading and related industries to generate leads and secure ETRM projects.
Act as the primary liaison between potential clients and Kazhuga, showcasing our expertise in ETRM solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
Collaborate with Kazhuga’s leadership team to develop customized proposals and project plans for prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to position Kazhuga as a strategic partner in the ETRM space.

Required
10+ years in the energy trading domain, with a strong focus on business development or client acquisition.
Extensive and demonstrable connections with decision-makers in energy trading companies.
Deep understanding of ETRM/CTRM technologies, market trends, and client pain points.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A history of successfully acquiring ETRM/CTRM projects or consulting contracts.
Preferred
Experience working with startups or small consulting firms in a business development role.
Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML and their applications in energy trading.
