Responsibilities
Build and execute a strategy to introduce WAX Shield to watch brands, emphasizing its value as a commercial solution that enhances customer experience and brand loyalty.
Leverage your existing network to establish relationships with micro, mid-tier, and luxury watch brands.
Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities to onboard brands to the WAX Shield platform.
Collaborate with the WAX team to refine messaging and tailor solutions to meet the needs of watch brands.
Provide insights into customer needs and industry trends to help shape the product’s continued evolution.

Required
Extensive Relationships in the Watch Industry: Proven network within watch brands, retailers, or related sectors is essential.
Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in industries involving high-value or niche markets.
Familiarity with Start-Up Culture: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
Property & Casualty (P&C) License: Willingness to obtain license is required. Support for licensing will be available for the right candidate.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to articulate the business value of WAX Shield to watch brands, addressing customer experience and competitive differentiation.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: A proactive attitude with the drive to exceed sales targets.
