Responsibilities
Generating interest in the VoicedIQ® platform
Initiating dialogue with prospective customers
Explaining the benefits of meeting with sales representatives
Coordinating demo times and scheduling meetings
Handling phone and email correspondence with executives
Answering inquiries about AlphaBrook's services
Compiling research for the Sales Director
Advising the Sales Team on potential leads
Providing administrative support for the sales team
Setting and achieving conversation and demo goals
Collaborating with the Marketing Team on lead generation activities
Implementing new lead generation campaigns

Required
Must have received a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
Must have experience handling phone and email correspondence
Must demonstrate a high aptitude for salesmanship
Must be able to demonstrate writing proficiency
40+ WPM, proper grammar, punctuation, spelling
Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones only.
