Responsibilities
Develop Client Target Lists: Create and oversee personalized digital marketing target lists and build relationships and carry out conversations that uncover clients' business goals, particularly in high-growth verticals and a variety of regional clients. Key emphasis on building target lists of businesses interested in holistic multi-channel strategic marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the early stages of the sales process, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving. Key activities include owning the client needs analysis and proposal planning process, proposal presentation with support of Digital Strategist, Digital Specialist and Director of Digital.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform client strategies and identify growth opportunities and client opportunities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including fulfillment and creative, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Manage and support understanding client metrics for success. Collaborate with Digital Strategist(s) to speak to clients in their language and assist in identifying opportunities for growth.
Advocacy and Networking: Be a constant source of connection for your network to more than marketing strategy and solutions. Build relationships and networks and be a resource. Represent Guaranty’s core values while being present at events throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Required
Robust understanding of sales process and relationship management.
Proven track record in managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to dive deep and get curious about client’s businesses and industry.
Preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Experience managing a sales pipeline
Experience building networks and contacts through outreach and events
3+ years of sales experience
