Responsibilities

Support the office of the Director General and Deputy Director General for Research to adopt new approaches and systems for business development services, client research, and partnerships

Work with LIPA's senior management to develop and implement a long-term strategy to increase the use of LIPA's services in the public and private sectors

Improve the institution’s digital presence

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in public administration, business administration, management, project management or any related field

Demonstrated competencies in client research and fundraising

Good knowledge and experience with leading and managing education and training institutions.

Good understanding and experience working with the public sector Management Development Institute (MDI) or delivering training & research activities

Volunteer must be able to master the techniques and professional skills involved in prospecting, marketing, negotiation, and market research

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mentoring, coaching, or facilitating adult learning training activities
