Responsibilities
Coordinate with other team members to align activities with Glowdom’s overall strategy and objectives
Contribute to team meetings, strategy sessions, and planning activities, providing insights from their work with the community
Focus on the capacity building of local staff by sharing best practices and providing training in business development and economic strategies
Work on developing tools and resources that the team can continue using after the assignment ends

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Development, Education, or related field
At least three years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, economic development, or a related field
Experience in designing and delivering training or educational programs
Previous experience living or working in a developing country
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to the Peace Corps mission of promoting world peace and friendship through volunteer service
