Responsibilities
Advise the NIFC Commander on and provide a range of support functions to a multinational intelligence headquarters with emphasis on program management, multinational budget management, procurement and contracting for equipment and supplies, protocol, and facilities management.
Engaging with senior leaders of member nations on various matters.
Plan and execute the NIFC Senior Policy Resource Committee (SPRC) meetings.
Managing the NIFC Shared (multinational) Budget to include drafting and hacking annual Call for Funds, drafting the Medium-Term Financial Plan and Annual Budget requests.
The contractor will prepare highly detailed documentation and provide requisite support for the International Board of Auditors for NATO (IBAN) audits of the NIFC shared budget.
Coordinate and liaise with NATO ministries of defense on the status of their contributions.
Provide program management and support automation of procurements, acquisitions, and contract management, ensuring compliance with NIFC and NATO regulations.
Attend meetings and prepare and conduct briefings as required.
Ensuring effective legal procurement and contracting for all NIFC purchases utilizing the NIFC shared budget.
Providing protocol support for all NIFC visits, conferences and meetings.
Assist with making travel arrangements.
Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required
Five (5) years’ experience in the same or similar field.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have significant familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Autocad Lite, Exchecquers and Small Library Organization Pro software applications.
Top Secret/SCI Clearance
US Citizenship Requirements: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
Preferred
Two (2) years’ NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
