Responsibilities

Provide services and data analysis to business units departments and extract information and analysis for the local company, including collecting industry data.

Drive the tactical and strategic commercial effectiveness activities with cross-functional collaboration in the affiliate to ensure alignment with the business strategy and optimum resource allocation.

Generate monthly reports raising issues for follow-up and monitoring development and yearly calculations.

Manage all product and multi-channel customer engagement data and build main insights dashboards in an accessible system and ensure that all relevant functions understand and apply customer engagement processes appropriately.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business opportunities and articulate known problems that data analytics can solve.

Create and maintain predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to support business goals and untap business potential.

Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders to identify data elements to address reporting requirements.

Be able to challenge, validate and authenticate data sources and strive to be the owner of one source of truth.

Required

Bachelor's degree or Bachelor of Sciences (preferably in Economics, Industrial & Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics)

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on customer engagement

2 years of experience with SQL, Python (or R), MS Excel, or other tools to analyze data efficiently for complex analysis and problem-solving

Experience with BI tools

Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive business performance analysis

Ability to interpret data insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong command of statistical analysis techniques, with a track record of applying advanced methodologies to derive meaningful conclusions from complex datasets

In-depth understanding of best practices in presenting data, ensuring that insights are communicated in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner

Experience with one or more of the following: Forecasting models, sales performance analysis, customer insights, and operations data analysis, such as inventory optimization

Exposure to or experience in building machine learning models to predict trends and behaviors applied in a business context
