Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar platforms to provide actionable insights
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data accuracy and reliability
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources
Utilize Python to automate data processes, integrate data sources, and perform data transformations
Formulate and manage backend data connections to ensure seamless data flow between systems
Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to optimize data transformation and integration
Analyze customer data to understand behavior and trends, focusing on key metrics such as LTV and AOV
Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience
Work with management to identify opportunities for data optimization and contribute to strategic planning
Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure data needs are met and insights are actionable
Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Required
Based in California
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization platforms and advanced SQL skills are required
Strong knowledge of Python for data connectivity, automation, and transformations
Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
Experience with digital advertising data and metrics such as LTV and AOV
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
