Responsibilities

Work closely with key stakeholders to assess data need and the appropriate deliverable for the need
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports as needed
Maintain documentation of processes and reporting
Utilize MS SQL Server along with Databricks and/or Tableau for data extraction and analysis.
Use data visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
Manage BI projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required

Intermediate SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data primarily leveraging Epic’s Clarity data model and other HIM internal and external sources.
Experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos Analytics
Knowledge of report and dashboard development using database management systems such as SQL Server and Databricks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate use of Excel
Epic’s Revenue Data Model certification required within the first year of employment
Bachelor's Degree
4 years of relevant experience, healthcare experience preferred
