Responsibilities

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Understand business stakeholder’s challenges, define, design, and implement BI reporting and dashboard solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage company data for business growth

Advise stakeholders on measuring business processes and selecting appropriate metrics

Identify trends in data sets, prioritize information needs, and define process improvement opportunities

Develop databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies for efficiency

Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources, ensuring data quality

Required

2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst with advanced level of computer skills, including SQL and/or SAS, Power BI preferred (and/or Tableau)

Reporting, Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Identifying new ideas, techniques and opportunities for improving effectiveness, performance and productivity is essential

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
