Responsibilities

Delivering presentations and demos of portfolio analytics and business intelligence technologies.

Guiding clients through technology onboarding and teaching them about product features.

Working with clients to understand their real estate technology requirements and help develop new products.

Educating the Avison Young community on the value of data intelligence and advanced analytics.

Ensuring client satisfaction and a positive customer experience with the portfolio analytics technology toolset.

Participating in real estate industry events, panel discussions, and presentations.

Maintaining knowledge of competitor technologies.

Engaging clients to leverage technology tools and data intelligence for analysis and insights.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage, present and communicate with colleagues and clients and produce complex deliverables under tight deadlines in partnership with an interdisciplinary team.

Highly motivated and energetic individual with the ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.

Adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and quickly changing workplace and market environment, with various and evolving client and work priorities.
