Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to develop, implement, and manage business intelligence solutions using Tableau and other data visualization tools, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into data models and dashboards
Utilize expert-level MS Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure BI solutions support strategic goals and operational needs
Build and maintain a comprehensive data strategy, partnering with other departments and tool owners to ensure reliable and accurate data is available throughout the organization
Collaborate with the IT Department to ensure data access and security adheres to best practices and compliance requirements
Work directly with stakeholders with Cask to understand and anticipate their data needs
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes, data models, and reporting methodologies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role
Proven experience in a consulting firm with a focus on SaaS implementations
Expertise in data visualization tools, especially Tableau
Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights
Experience in developing and maintaining data governance strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time
