Responsibilities
Design and develop data sources, reports, and dashboards and optimize the data-mining performance.
Support reporting solutions, such as Tableau, including participation in internal user groups, training, developing new standards, and being a resource the business can rely on for questions or issues.
Support previously delivered data management solutions including triage of end user questions or concerns.
Meet with different business sponsors throughout the organization to gather and understand requirements for data presentation and collection.
Begin to understand the way the business operates so as to better anticipate future questions and needs.
Ensure understanding of available data within the enterprise data warehouse and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Advocate for data visualization to discover trends, identify opportunities, and make better business decisions including mentoring data enthusiasts across the company.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, MIS, or related field.
2-4+ years of experience, including applicable education, in the area of Data Analytics.
1-2 years of experience developing SQL statements in a standard RDBMS.
Ability to travel to Fort Wayne, IN headquarters as needed (ideally located in the state of IN).
Experience leveraging one or more data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Experience in data analysis.
Self-starter attitude that can manage conflicting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Preferred
Tableau Certification(s)
Tableau Server Administration
Experience leveraging enterprise data warehouse
Demonstrated experience with Python and other comparable programming languages
