Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of business functions to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement.

Gather requirements from various business units and effectively communicate them to programmers and developers.

Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments to support decision-making on system implementations.

Document business processes and workflows as necessary.

Support complex business processes and participate in multiple projects as a valuable team member.

Act as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Data Analytics.

Proficiency in process documentation.

3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerBI.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a high visibility role.
