Responsibilities

Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports

Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from databases

Work with cross functional teams to prioritize business and information needs

Required

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field required

2+ years of business analytics experience ideally supporting a sales and/or marketing organization

Must be able to write select, update, delete, and insert statements with multiple table joins in SQL

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

A clear communicator able to make well-reasoned recommendations to all levels of the organization, from peers to executive leadership

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence in order to achieve results

Ability to work in a continually changing, customer-focused environment and to be simultaneously accountable to multiple peer team members

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with BI Solutions (e.g. Tableau, Birst, Power BI, Domo, Sisense etc.) and Advanced Excel and modelling skills preferred

Experience in healthcare is preferred
