Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SFDC, Looker, or excel.

Prepare data for analysis and ensure it is accurate, clean, and up-to-date.

Design and create user-friendly visualizations to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve decision-making, business processes, and overall performance.

Create ad-hoc reports and perform deep-dive analyses to support various business initiatives.

Provide support in business planning and forecasting processes using data-driven insights.

Assist with the integration of data from various internal and external systems.

Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and cleaning processes.

Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and overall BI workflows.

Monitor industry trends and emerging data technologies to ensure the company’s BI capabilities remain competitive.

Use predictive analytics and forecasting models to provide insights into future business performance.
