Responsibilities
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets.
Derive actionable insights and recommendations from data to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain unique data models to improve data accuracy, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models to forecast business trends and outcomes.
Design and execute A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Required
Expert level in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with ETL tools, Rivery especially.
Looker — proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (or an ability to quickly learn how to build and maintain Looker dashboards).
Experience with combining BigQuery, Looker, DBT and CloudFunctions to build BI solutions.
Ability to work with various data sources, especially MongoDB Atlas (must), Mixpanel, Typeform, etc..
Knowledge of GCP services and its access & permissions model (IAM).
Experience in working using standard development workflows involving GIT on GitHub as source control, JIRA for task management, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role in B2B companies.
Demonstrated success in delivering impactful insights and solutions based on data analysis.
Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must be US-based.
Preferred
Experience with Python for statistical analysis and modeling — an advantage.
Advantage: experience in working in healthcare, preferably mental health.
