Responsibilities

Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience when engaging with colleagues, end-users, and other stakeholders.

Utilize BI/AI technologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities and provide valuable insights.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.

Execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes.

Utilize MS Power Apps to create and maintain custom applications that enhance data accessibility and automation.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI, AI, and analytics space.

Provide training and support to end-users for efficient use of BI/AI tools and applications.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of BI/AI solutions into existing systems.

Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new BI/AI tools and technologies.

Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

Required

Proven experience in designing and developing interactive and insightful dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.

Ability to extract and transform data from diverse sources for analysis and reporting purposes.

Strong proficiency in other Business Intelligence tools to ensure a comprehensive understanding of diverse data analytics platforms.

Knowledge of AI technologies and their integration into BI processes for predictive analytics and enhanced decision-making.

Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, ensuring the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights.

Experience in leveraging MS Power Apps for building and maintaining custom applications and automating business processes.

Education and/or experience equivalent bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.).

5 years proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role with a focus on BI, AI, SQL, and analytics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred

Familiarity with Oracle EBS products such as Regulatory, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, Planning, WIP, Inventory, Logistics, Quality, Document Control, Legal, Finance.

Experience with web-based analytical tools for extracting and analyzing data from online sources.
