Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of business activities and reporting

Provide design and development of complex presentations, reports, dashboards, and scorecards

Ensure alignment of metrics across the organization

Act as a technical working lead/resource to others

Work closely with senior leadership on significant projects

Support US Risk & Regulatory Business Insights team in various reporting activities

Execute data validation, curation, reporting builds, and ongoing delivery

Coordinate with Risk & Regulatory Governance Controls on new requests, prioritization, and output validation

Ensure team follows best practices related to execution and documentation for all data requests

Provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice, and guidance to stakeholders and team members

Utilize data sources and visualization techniques/tools across the organization to support multiple businesses

Manage communication at senior and executive levels

Work effectively across multiple business units with numerous stakeholders to deliver reporting and BI solutions

Undertake and complete a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge

Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end

Identify business drivers, definitions, and metrics to interpret findings and provide direction

Develop and implement portfolio reporting

Create and provide complex BI reporting, analysis, and assessments at the function or enterprise level

Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines

Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives within defined area of responsibility

Required

Undergraduate degree or specialization in one of the fields below

7 + years of relevant experience from an info management, computer science, programming specific or financial background or Graduate Degree and 5+ years relevant experience

Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and analytical and reporting software packages.

Expert knowledge of various data sources, tools and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports

Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred

Data Mining/Coding - SQL, Databricks, SAS, Python

Data Curation/Visualization - Tableau/Power BI, Alteryx, SSIS

Experience working with complex datasets within strict privacy & regulatory frameworks

Ability to multitask/work on several projects simultaneously

Experience with JIRA

Banking/Finance knowledge preferred; risk & regulatory experience a plus
