Responsibilities
Design scalable and efficient BI architectures to support business requirements.
Define and implement data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure BI solutions align with enterprise data strategies and governance policies.
Responsible for managing complete project lifecycle- Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closure phases of the projects.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Optimize BI reports for performance and usability.
Integrate BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and other cloud platforms.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members and stakeholders.
Implement BI security models, including row-level security and user access control.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Stay updated with the latest BI features and industry trends to enhance solution capabilities.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Required
Proficiency in Power BI: Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
Strong SQL skills: Ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M query language.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, especially in the context of BI solutions.
Experience integrating Power BI with tools like SharePoint, Excel, or custom APIs.
Experience in Qlik.
Minimum 10 years of experience in BI development and architecture.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade BI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
