Responsibilities
Performance Management: The Director of Business Intelligence will provide direct customer support as the Performance Manager for a cyber security program. This support includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing performance metrics; tracking and reporting performance against metrics; and developing mitigation plans for addressing performance challenges.
Lead the BI service to ensure excellence in program and project execution, business development, and proposal management.
Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for the BI service team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding BI service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Exploring and shaping potential business opportunities in the Business Intelligence portfolio.
Working different aspects of proposal development within and outside of the Business Intelligence portfolio.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence, project management, and customer-focused operations.
Quarterly (minimum) travel to Tampa, FL and future locations that have Business Intelligence assets and interests.
Top Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification.
Master of Business Administration (MBA).
