Responsibilities

Interface with business partners to architect, design, implement, and support BI projects & tools

Recognize and adopt best practices in analysis and reporting, data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

Deliver real, actionable results by using outstanding business acumen, technical, and analytical skills

Focus on Selling Partner Experience Analytics including customer satisfaction metrics, operational metrics, and more

Create actionable insights and recommendations with a passion for data and analytics

Required

Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience

Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab

Preferred

Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
