Responsibilities

This position manages our enterprise reporting and analytics unit.

This role uses data to produce reports, extract files, create and manage dashboards, and perform impact analyses that inform the agency’s decision-making and policy development.

The manager will oversee dashboard and reporting development and maintenance, Federal and State reporting, including grants, proactively engages with leadership, and participates in data stewardship, data governance activities.

Required

Must reside in the state of Arizona.

Strong technical skills are a must.

Experience working with advanced analytics tools, databases, and BI platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

Ability to manage enterprise reporting and analytics unit.

Experience producing reports, extracting files, creating and managing dashboards, and performing impact analyses.

Experience overseeing dashboard and reporting development and maintenance.

Experience with Federal and State reporting, including grants.

Ability to proactively engage with leadership.

Participation in data stewardship and data governance activities.
