Responsibilities

Analyze data from multiple sources to identify potential risks and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Risk Operations Leadership.

Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for Senior Leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support risk identification and mitigation efforts.

Simplify monitoring dashboards to give Risk Leadership clear insights into operational health.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in risk management and data analytics.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional Risk teams in solving complex challenges.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of professional experience in Risk Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Preferred

Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.

On occasion, willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
