Required

Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience in data analysis and financial valuation OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience

Experience building financial models that improve the decision-making experience for stakeholders

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs

Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving

Preferred

Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field

Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems

Proficiency in understanding the CMS Star Rating program, including measures within it

Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
