Responsibilities
Manages accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and collection activities in the facility
Track facility census information, send census a daily basis.
Prepare and make daily deposits and balance census
Submit Medicaid applications, complete Medicaid redeterminations
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Evaluates and makes recommendations to adjust admission practices.
Identifies opportunities with new referral partners/sources and develops sales strategies
Review residents’ aquic reports
Collect private income and outstanding asses collects
Manage and distribute residents Trust Fund
Gather documents for Medicaid application timely
Manages census activities including-daily, weekly, and monthly balancing with the nursing and admissions departments
All other duties as assigned.

Required
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in third party billing Medicare, Medicaid and commercial
