Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager is the oversight of business office functions including resident business office files, payroll, accounts payable, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, medical records, central supply, resident trust, job descriptions, and liaison with corporate billing as well as human resources functions, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. To follow all company policies and apply them uniformly to all employees as directed by your Administrator and/or the Administrators designee. In this role, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with medicaid and payroll preferred
