Responsibilities

Create centralized dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key GTM, product, and financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Manage complex customer projects, delivering exceptional outcomes that drive satisfaction and long-term success.

Required
2+ years in business operations, growth, or product roles within high-growth environments.
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively in verbal and written formats.
A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude, excelling in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and comfortable building processes and systems from scratch.
Hyper-organized and passionate about optimizing workflows, whether professionally or personally.
Enthusiastic about leveraging the latest tools and technologies to drive productivity, with a proven track record of using LLMs or AI tools to automate meaningful parts of previous roles.
You hold yourself and those around you to exceptionally high standards, ensuring quality and excellence in all deliverables.
A high ownership mentality, taking full accountability for outcomes and driving impactful results.
Preferred
Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting is a strong plus.
