Responsibilities
Efficiently coordinate multiple interconnected business processes, including sales pipeline tracking, professional service contract drafting, and internal resource coordination
Work with internal stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand project goals and objectives and determine the best approach for task completion

Required
3+ years of experience in professional services, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced healthcare environment, effectively solving complex challenges.
Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in managing multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic setting.
Strong process-oriented mindset, capable of balancing several initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality outcomes.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operational processes.
Quick to adapt and learn, with the ability to achieve independent productivity following initial training, especially in tech-driven settings.
Proficient with numbers and advanced Excel skills; experience in accounting or finance within the healthcare context is advantageous.
Familiarity with project management principles as applied to healthcare technology projects.
Experience with professional services agreements, statements of work, or engagement letters in a tech healthcare environment is a plus.
Solid professional reputation with references from previous clients and partners.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
