Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of contract operations, including intake, drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and agreements.
Ensure all contract-related processes are efficient and compliant with organizational standards.
Develop and maintain a vendor performance evaluation system using detailed scorecards to assess compliance, quality, delivery, and service.
Regularly update performance metrics to reflect current data and ensure accurate vendor evaluations.
Create and implement custom Power Apps that streamline vendor management processes.
Manage and optimize the Contract Desk SharePoint site, ensuring that all information is current, organized, and easily accessible.
Design and manage Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights into vendor performance, contract compliance, and other key operational metrics.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support the Senior Business Program Manager in strategic decision-making.
Create presentation decks for reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead and support special projects involving process enhancements, technology implementations, or system upgrades related to vendor management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Finance, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable benefits.

Required

Experience with maintaining contracts and agreements
Experience with vendor performance analysis
Experience with creating and tracking reports in Power BI, PowerApps, & SharePoint

Preferred

Significant experience with PowerBI
Previous experience in the legal/paralegal area, especially for a tech company or supporting supply chain
Prior experience with program management
Working with cross functional teams
Preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews
Communicating and following up with others frequently
