Responsibilities

Analyzes, validates and develops business and technical process requirements; develops systems requirements, techniques and controls; and leads implementation efforts of requirements.

Represents business unit with project management, customers and end users.

Develops and manages business and user requirement specifications; leads analysis and verification to ensure consistency, traceability, feasibility and completeness; recommends and implements process improvement.

Develops hard copy and electronic reports as required; utilizes analysis models, prototypes and scenarios.

Develops and implements requirement practices and processes; and develops engineering policies, procedures and tools.

Develops and analyses product planning; and proposes new product features and updates.

May provide leadership and training to less experienced staff.

Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Three or more years of experience as a business process analyst working with computerized management systems, including product life cycle systems

Complete understanding of business process/life cycle management principles, theories, and concepts

General understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards

Customer-focused with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems

Strong verbal and written communications and presentations skills

Strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide various stakeholders

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Good computer skills

Ability to work independently or lead in a team environment

Ability to work extended hours and travel as required

Preferred

Experience with SAP and Windchill

Experience with Teamcenter (PLM tool)
