Responsibilities
Strong ITAM BPC to support mini workshop sessions on HAM enhancements.
This could include updating current new stories, creating stories, providing demonstrations, etc.
Will need to lead workshops, discuss best practices and align customer process to best practices.
There would be follow on work with SAM.
This is small hours per week 2 – 4.
