Responsibilities
Facilitating and documenting a customer’s current state process
Creating a process design document
Defining a future state process for a customer
Contributing to a solution design document
Assessing processes to estimate ROI for automation
Mapping applications and input datasets
Test planning and execution
Work with client to assess current state processes and to collect data in order to calculate level of effort to automate and expected value to be realized from automation
Facilitating agile ceremonies such as backlog prioritization, retrospectives, etc.
Support for account manager in telling the story about automation value of the client for key executive touch points
