Global project implementation experience
Flexera - experience with Flexera
Remedy - experience with Remedy ITSM
ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation (3+)
ServiceNow ITSM implementation
ServiceNow certified system administrator
Conduct implementation readiness assessment
Prepare for, and facilitate, implementation workshops
Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements
Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes
